It may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. Due to high processing volumes all shipping carriers are experience intermittent delays, which will result in additional shipping time. Below are some steps to find the status of your order, expected delivery times and other details.
- To check the status of your order, you will need the order tracking code.
a) Look in the shipping confirmation email (it can also be in your spam folder)
b) or login to Luglife.com, under "Account", click on your order
c) click on the tracking code link to see your package status
- Alternatively, you can use your tracking code to check your package with the shipping carrier via the carrier's website:

- If you did not get your tracking code, please contact email@example.com
- If you received tracking code and checked with your carrier but don't see any updates or details on your package, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will put in a claim with the carrier
