A: Luglife.ca has been retired so Canadian customer can now shop in CAD on Luglife.com
Q: How do I re-activate my account?
A: If you already had an account, you should have received an email. Please check your email inbox or junk folder for your personal activation link to simply reactive and start shopping! If you cannot find the email, please contact email@example.com and our team will be happy to resend the link to you.
Q: Where is my order history?

Q: Do I get to keep my rewards points?
A: Yes, once you have re-activated your account, your LugLife Reward points and personal information will be transferred to your account.
Q: Can I still use my old gift cards?
A: Your previous gift cards from Luglife.ca have been combined and will now be replaced by this new single gift card. The balance has been converted to USD but will convert back to CAD upon checkout on Luglife.com. The code for that new card is in the email that was sent with your email activation link. If you had any gift cards not directly tied to your email, please contact email@example.com with the code and a new gift card will be issued of the same value.
