Q: How can I get free shipping?

A: We offer free shipping on orders with subtotals equal or greater than $100, before any taxes are applied. All free shipping offers apply to a single address shipping within Canada and the United States only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the Territories. All orders are subject to availability and credit card authentication.


Q: When will my order ship?

A: When you place an order on luglife.com, in-stock items leave our shipping facility within 3-5 business days from your order being placed, Monday through Friday excluding statutory holidays. Q: What shipping methods are available?

A: Standard Ground shipping is available through UPS. Orders placed using a free shipping promotion will be shipped via a shipping carrier of Lug's choice.  Free shipping promotions are excluded in Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.


Q: Where do you ship to?

A:  We currently offer shipping within the USA and Canada only. We do not offer shipping internationally at this time.

Q: What happens if I refuse a delivery and my order is already in transit?

A: Any refused package from the intended recipient without notifying Lug beforehand or the package has already left our warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping carrier will be subject to a $12 fee and will be deducted from the refund.


Q: Do you have the same shipping timeline during the holiday season?

A:  During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and the Territories.
