Q: What is Lug Life Rewards?
A: LugLife Rewards is a loyalty rewards program. You'll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn Lug gift cards, so the more points you collect, the more you earn.
Q: Who can join?
A: Anyone with a Luglife.com account is automatically enrolled.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases on luglife.com. However, you do not get points when you make purchases using gift cards.
Q: Do I earn points when I make purchases on LugLive, QVC, TSC, Amazon, or other authorized retailers?
A: No. Points are earned only from purchases made on luglife.com that have been paid with a credit card.
Q: How do I view my point balance?
A: Log into your account and go to the Account page to view your balance, transaction history and rewards activity .
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Select the tab called Rewards. Scroll down the page to Redeem Points. Here you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for Lug gift card.
Q: What do the approved, pending and cancelled statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
Q: What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
A: Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
Q: Will I earn points on an order if I pay with a LugLife gift card?
A: You will not earn points if your entire order is paid with a gift card. If you pay just a portion of your order with a gift card, you will earn points based on the remaining amount spent on your credit card.
Q: Why did my account balance go down?
A: You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
Q: I completed an activity but didn't earn points. How come?
A: It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If its not updated after 24 hours, please reach out to Customer Care by filling out the form at this link: https://www.luglife.com/pages/contact-us. Purchased made on LugLive shows are also not eligible to earn points.*
Q: How do I leave a product review and get points?
A: You will be rewarded points when they write a review from the review request email after purchasing the item.
Q: I left a product review on the product page, but did not receive points. How come?
A: We cannot reward points for customers who leave a review via the widget (i.e directly on the product page). You will be rewarded points when they write a review from the review request email after purchasing the item.
Q: Can I use my points during checkout?
A: Not directly - please redeem your points for a Lug gift card which can then be applied during checkout.
Q: Can I use my Lug gift card with promotions and discount codes?
A: Multiple Lug gift cards can be used in a single transaction, however only one promotional code or discount code can be used per order.
Q: Can I give my Lug gift card to a friend?
A: Your Lug gift card is associated with your account and therefore non-transferrable.
Q: How do I leave the program?
A: If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact our Customer Care Team by filling out the form at this link: https://www.luglife.com/pages/contact-us, and ask to be unenrolled. We will un-enroll you and deactivate your rewards account.
Q: What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
A: Just contact us and we will re-enroll you.
