Unfortunately at times, items may be impacted by inventory count errors and system glitches. We strive to prevent this from occurring, however, there is the occasional chance that an item from your order may be impacted by inventory issues. 

Q: What happens if an item from my order goes out of stock after purchase? 

A: Our Customer Care Team will send you an email to inform you of the item that has gone out of stock from your order. You will then be given the following options to ensure that your order is taken care of: 

1. Having another color of this item shipped to you. 

2. Having this item refunded back to original payment method. 

3. Receiving credit to the platform you purchased this item from (the credit total will be for the price you purchased this item for, to LugLive or LugLife.com). 

 

You will simply need to reply back to our Customer Care Agent with your choice from the list above. 

 

Q: What if I was contacted about an out of stock item, and then the item is restocked at a higher price in the future and I want to repurchase it? Can I get a price adjustment to match the original price I paid? 

A: If you do choose a refund/credit- If this item is restocked within two weeks, we will reach back out to inform you and provide a discount code/credit (if the item is restocked at a higher price) to ensure that you are able to repurchase this item at the same price! 

* Please note- the original purchase price is only locked in if the item is restocked within two weeks from the date you were contacted by our team.
