Q: How can I start the process to return my item?
A: For purchases made on LugLive, please head to this and follow the process to request a Return Authorization number: https://luglive.myshopify.com/apps/returns. Please ensure that the packing slip, which is provided at the end of completing this form, is inserted into your return package (this has your RMA number which is needed to process your return)!
Q: Can I return or exchange an item purchased from #LugLive?
A: We do not offer exchanges. However, all #LugLive items can be returned unless otherwise stated by the Lug team and/or show hosts. Some items in our shows may be subject to a “Final Sale” policy, which means they can not be returned. Lug offers returns on all unused items purchased through our site within 30 days of receiving your purchase from LugLive. You must have original tags, packaging and accessories. We'll also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
