Q: What is your cancellation/order adjustment policy?

A: Orders placed through www.luglife.com must be requested to cancel or change immediately after the order has been placed. Reach out to Customer Care by filling out the form at this link: https://www.luglife.com/pages/contact-us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to take care of making the change or cancellation for you! Please note: Cancellations/adjustments are not guaranteed- our warehouse begins to process orders for shipment within the same day, which may eliminate the Customer Care Team's ability to cancel or change orders. 


Q: How do I cancel or adjust an order?

Reminder: If we are unable to cancel your order, you can always return any items for a full refund within 30 days of the date of shipment. Lug reserves the right to cancel any orders deemed to have pricing or quantity errors without notice.


Q: Why did my order get cancelled?

A: Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) no longer available.
  • Difficulty in processing payment information.
  • Cannot ship to the address provided

Please note that there is always a possibility of an item being out of stock. We do our best to keep items in stock, however customers order 24/7 from the U.S/Canada and an item may be out of stock at the time your order goes through.

You will always receive an email from Customer Care about the cancellation and your payment will be refunded to the original form of payment.
