Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders places on holidays or weekend days will be processed the following business day. Orders with Standard Service are processed within 1-3 business days. If you require Express Service - please contact our Customer Care Team by filling out the form at this link: https://www.luglife.com/pages/contact-us. We're sorry, we are currently unable to process orders that are billed to or shipped to destinations outside North America.
Q: What email notifications will I receive about my order once I place my order on luglife.com?
A: You will receive one or more of the following emails after your order is placed:
This email confirms that we have received your order and provides you an order number, shipping and billing information, and an order summary. Multiple items may ship from more than one location and individual charges may appear on your credit card. Please keep this email for your records.
This email confirms that your order or a portion of your order has shipped. If your order includes multiple items you may receive multiple confirmations and individual transactions on your credit card. When we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not charged an additional fee. Your credit card will be charged once your items have shipped.
This email confirms that luglife.com has received your return and has credited your original form of payment.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
Q: I want to use my Lug gift card, but my gift card balance will not be sufficient to pay for the entire purchase. What will happen?
A: If you're using a Gift Card, the funds used to pay for your Lug Online item will be deducted from the current balance on the card. If the total amount of the purchase is more than your current Gift Card balance, you will be asked to submit another form of payment.
Q: I placed an order and it was later cancelled? What happened?
Please note that there is always a possibility of an item being out of stock. We do our best to keep items in stock, however customers order 24/7 from the U.S/Canada and an item may be out of stock at the time your order goes through.
