Q: Where is my order?

A: Below are some steps to find the status of your order, expected delivery times and other details.

  1. To check the status of your order, you will need your order tracking code which can be located in the following ways:
    a) Look in your shipping confirmation email (if you can't find it, please check your SPAM folder and ensure we are added to your safe senders to ensure future emails from us arrive in your inbox). 
    b) or login to Luglife.com, under "Account", click on your order
    Click on the tracking code link to see your package status.

  2. Alternatively, you can use your tracking code to check your package with the shipping carrier via the carrier's website:
    a) UPS: https://www.ups.com/track
    b) CanadaPost: https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb

  3. If you did not get a tracking code, please contact Customer Care by filling out the form at this link: https://www.luglife.com/pages/contact-us 

  4. If you received a tracking code and checked with your carrier but don't see any updates or details on your package, please contact Customer Care by filling out the form at this link: https://www.luglife.com/pages/contact-us and we will put in a claim with the carrier. IMPORTANT: If your package gets lost in shipment and a new package is requested, there is a possibility the original item on the order could be out of stock and cannot be fulfilled by Lug
