Q: I received my package but an item is missing and/or I received the wrong item. What do I do?

However, if your package arrived without one of the products you ordered or is incorrect, please contact Customer Care by filling out the form at this link: https://www.luglife.com/pages/contact-us within 30 days of your order being delivered (or 60 days after order has been placed), and we'd be happy to make things right! Please include the order number and details about the mis-shipment in your email.
