Q: What happens if I refuse a delivery?
A: Any refused package from the intended recipient without notifying Lug beforehand or the package has already left our warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping carrier will be subject to a $12 fee and will be deducted from the refund.
Q: I am missing an item in my order, what do I do?

Q: The shipping carrier has lost my package... what do I do?
A: If you received a tracking code and checked with your carrier but don't see any updates or details on your package, please contact Customer Care by filling out the form at this link: https://www.luglife.com/pages/contact-us, and we will put in a claim with the carrier.
NOTE: If your package gets lost in shipment and a new package is requested there is a possibility the original item on the order could be out of stock and cannot be fulfilled by Lug.
