A: If our Luglife.com website marks down the price of an item you’ve already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 7 days of your purchase date. Our ability to adjust sale prices is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The sale price is from luglife.com
- The item must be identical in color and size and must be in stock online.
- We will only make one price adjustment per item
- We do not offer sale adjustments on luglife.com on Flash Sales/QVC Canadian Special Pricing
Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
We DO NOT price match with other retailers or online platforms that sell Lug (e.g. QVC, Kohl’s, TSC, Bentley, Amazon, #LugLive).

A: No, purchases made on LugLive are not eligible for price adjustments.
Q: Will you apply a current promotion occurring on LugLive to an order placed prior to the promotion occurring? (ex. Cash Back promotion, Buy One Get One promotion, etc).
A: Purchases made on LugLive prior to the promotion occurring, are not eligible to receive the promotion. Therefore, we cannot honor or apply the promotion to your previously placed orders. Only price discrepancies caused by system/price glitches are eligible for price adjustments.
Q: How do you handle pricing error?
A: If an item is listed online at an incorrect price due to an error, Lug has the right, at our sole discretion, to reject or cancel orders placed for that item. At our discretion and depending on the circumstances, we’ll either contact you for instructions about your order, or cancel the order and notify you about the cancellation.
